
Tulane Volleyball Announces 2026 Coaching Staff

NEW ORLEANS – New Tulane volleyball Head Coach Derek "Dex" Schroeder has finalized his staff for the upcoming 2026 campaign. Representing the Green Wave will be Associate Head Coach Aryn Moura, Assistant Coach Kathryn "Kat" Raschilla, and Director of Volleyball Operations Daniel Goree.

"I am excited about this staff," Coach Schroeder said. "Great people with incredible work ethics and a desire to bring Tulane Volleyball up the American standings. I think we are an elite staff and where we cannot be we will be unique!"

Moura returns for his second season in Uptown after joining the Wave in April of 2025. He enters year two with Tulane more than a decade of collegiate coaching experience with stops at Central Arkansas, East Tennessee State, High Point, Southwest Minnesota State, and the University of Colorado – Colorado Springs.

Serving as the director of volleyball operations, Goree will be back with the Green Wave for his third season in 2026. He joined the Tulane volleyball program in May of 2024.

Raschilla joins the Green Wave after spending two seasons with Schroeder at Jacksonville State. She most recently served as the assistant coach for the Gamecocks during the 2025 season after spending the 2024 campaign as a graduate assistant on Schroeder's staff.

While on staff at Jacksonville State Raschilla helped the Gamecocks increase their win total each season including doubling their total from the previous year in her first season. She was also instrumental in helping coach CUSA All-Conference Second Team honoree, Kayla Williams.

Prior to starting her coaching career at Jacksonville State, Raschilla played collegiately at the University of Louisiana-Monroe from 2019-2022. She appeared in 103 matches and started 36 of them during her career with the Warhawks.

Raschilla finished her career at Edinboro University where she appeared in 26 matches and 91 sets.Â

A native of Tuscaloosa, Alabama, Raschilla is a graduate of Tuscaloosa County High School where she was a member of Sigma Alpha Theta and the Spanish National Honor Society. She also played for the Southern Performance Volleyball Club.
