
Tulane Women’s Golf Closes the Fall Schedule in the Bahamas

NEW ORLEANS – The Tulane women's golf team will head to the White Sands Invitational at the Ocean Club Golf Course in Nassau, Bahamas on Monday, Oct. 28.
The tournament will be three-day event with every round beginning at 7 a.m. with a shotgun start. The event will be held at the par-72, 6,415-yard Ocean Club. The Green Wave will face ranked teams from No. 3 Texas, No. 17 Arkansas, No. 21 Mississippi State, No. 24 Houston, No. 25 Ohio State, No. 27 Baylor, No. 20 Auburn, No. 31 Clemson, No. 34 Georgia, No. 41 Oklahoma and No. 48 Tennessee. New Mexico, North Texas and SMU will also compete.
The lineup for Tulane this week includes freshman Carlota Palacios at No. 1, junior Jennifer Rosenberg at No. 2, senior Haydyn Gibson at No. 3, senior Gabrielle Correia at No. 4 and freshman Hanna Liu at No. 5.
The last time out, Palacios led the Green Wave as she placed tied for sixth with a total score of four-under 212 at the Ruth's Chris Tar Heel Invitational. She logged a season-low five-under 67 in the second round. Tulane finished 15th as a team.
