
Tulane Completes Day Two Competition at LSU Tiger Golf Classic

BATON ROUGE, La. – Sophomore Jennifer Rosenberg highlighted day two competition for the Tulane University women's golf team on Saturday after she shot a score of two-under-par, 70 to charge 32 spots up the leaderboard at the 2019 LSU Tiger Golf Classic.
Rosenberg's second round score was the second lowest of the day. The New York native finished the afternoon with three birdies, 14 pars and just one bogey en route to carding her fifth round under par this year.
Rosenberg enters Sunday's final round tied for 13th with a tournament total of 151.
Junior Haydyn Gibson remained among the Top 10 individuals with one round to play after she carded a tally of five-over-par, 77. Gibson is currently tied for ninth and is just seven strokes off the lead with total score of 150.
As a team, Tulane remained in 10th place after it posted a score of 309. The Green Wave own a two-day score of 628.
Senior Laura Munoz (tied for 50th, 163), freshman Isabella Cardenas (tied for 52nd, 164) and junior Gabrielle Correia (55th, 165) rounded out the Tulane lineup.
Campbell leads all teams with a score of 590. UTSA's Ana Gonzalez leads all individuals with a total of 143.
The three-day event is being held at the par 72, 6,266-yard University Club.
