
Tulane Swimming and Diving Earns CSCAA All-America Honors for the 2019 Fall Semester

NEW ORLEANS – Tulane University swimming and diving was recognized on Wednesday by the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) as a Scholar All-America Team for the 2019 fall semester.Â

The Green Wave received the recognition after they posted a 3.537 grade point average.Â

"I could not be more thrilled for our young ladies," head coach Leah Stancil said. "Their commitment to academics, while balancing a demanding training schedule is truly amazing and I am proud to be their coach."

The CSCAA selected a record 762 programs from 480 institutions to the Scholar All-America Team for the Fall 2019 semester. Teams were selected on a basis of their Fall 2019 grade point averages and represent 17,685 student-athletes.Â
Founded in 1922, the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA), is the nation's first organization of college coaches. The mission of the CSCAA is to advance the sport of swimming and diving with coaches at the epicenter of leadership, advocacy, and professional development.
