NEW ORLEANS – Tulane Swimming and Diving will head to Dallas on Saturday to take on the SMU Mustangs at the Robson & Lindley Aquatics Center at 11 a.m.

"Our team have been putting in some great training" head coach Leah Stancil said. "We continue to get stronger and continue to work on our technical skills. Our last competition was in December, so I am looking forward to watching them compete and put all of their skills together. This is the fun part."

Before the winter break, the Green Wave showed consistency by making the podium in each meet in various events.

Lilly Byrne had herself a day at LSU, taking first with a season-best time of 10:13.30 in the 1000-yard free and coming in first in the 500-yard free with a time of 4:57.78.

Senior Noa Heron has also found herself on the podium in the 1000-yard free and 500-yard free in each meet this season.

Danielle Titus has been dominant in both the 100-yard and 200-yard backstroke, taking first in both at West Florida, Vanderbilt and LSU. While posting her career-best time in the 200-yard back with a time of 1:57.46 at the Phil Hansel Invitational.

Christiana Williams found herself on the podium multiple times in the fall in both the 100-yard and 200-yard breaststroke. Williams also broke her career-best in the 200-yard breaststroke with a time of 2:13.55.

Freshman Sam Krew came out strong in her first meets of her collegiate career. Taking first in both the 1000-yard freestyle and 200-yard free.

In diving, Paige McKenzie has been finding success in both 1-meter and 3-meter diving. Finding the podium at Little Rock, West Florida, and LSU.

"I think we're going to see some really exciting diving this weekend" diving coach John Sirmon said. "The divers are coming off a really productive training trip and I'm excited to see their hard work pay off.Â
