Cross Country Competes in the Arturo Barrios Invitational

COLLEGE STATION, Texas – The Tulane University men's and women's cross country teams are set to compete in the Arturo Barrios Invitational on Saturday at 9 a.m. at the Dale Watts Cross Country Course.
Two weeks ago, the Green Wave competed at the Louisville Classic and struggled due to illness across the roster. The men's team finished ninth while the women placed 18th.
Junior Bradley Makuvire was able to pull off a seventh finish running a 23:32.6, while senior Aaron Gilliam placed 11th coming in at 23:43.2.
This is Tulane's final meet before they take part in the American Athletic Conference Champions in Tulsa, Oklahoma on October 28th.
The starting gun for the men's 8k is set to fire off at 9 a.m., with the women's 6k following at 9:45 a.m. Live results can be found here.
