Bowling Jets to Jonesboro for Mid-Winter Classic

NEW ORLEANS - The #15 ranked Tulane women's bowling team is set to compete at the Arkansas State Midwinter Classic this weekend at the Hijinx Family Entertainment Center in Jonesboro, Ark.

The Green Wave is coming off a sixth-place finish at the Lady Techsters Classic. Tulane went 6-6 at the tournament, but finished the tournament on a high-note with a 2-1 Sunday.

The Midwinter Classic will feature 11 teams, including the #7 Arkansas State Red Wolves who took home first place at the Lady Techsters Classic. The #1 ranked McKendree University Bearcats will also be in the field.

The Baker matches will begin at 10 a.m. on Friday and the traditional matches start at 9:25 a.m. on Saturday. Sunday will feature a best of seven Baker format that starts at 8:25 a.m.
