
Men's Basketball Heads to Wichita State For Wednesday Night Matchup

WICHITA, Kan. – Tulane University men's basketball heads to Wichita State to face the Shockers on Wednesday night. Â

1. Tulane University men's basketball heads to Wichita State to take on the Shockers in a Wednesday night matchup. Tulane won both meeting last year by a combined two points.
2. Tulane has lost two traight after winning five straight conference games. The Wave was without its thrid leading scorer in Tulsa in Kevin Cross (14.4 ppg)
3. Jaylen Forbes continues to lead the team in scoring averaging 18.8 ppg. This is Forbes' highest ppg in his career as well has his highest free throw average at .898.
4. Tulane has the highest scoring offense in the AAC averaging 80.6 ppg on the season. The Green Wave has scored 90+five times this season, three of those coming in conference play.
5. Tulane is second in the country in free throw percentage shooting 81.5 percent from the charity stripe. Jaylen Forbes leads the team and the AAC shooting 89.9 percent.
