
Track & Field Announces 2023-24 Schedule

NEW ORLEANS – The Tulane University Track & Field program unveiled its 2023-24 indoor and outdoor schedules on Tuesday.
The program begins indoor season on December 1 with a trip to Birmingham, Alabama for the BSC Panther Indoor Icebreaker at the Crossplex.
The program then takes a break for the holidays and will next be on the track from Jan. 12-13 at the Rod McCravy Memorial in Louisville, Kentucky.
The Samford Open and Invite, hosted by Samford University, follows in Birmingham, Alabama from Jan. 18-19.
The following weekend is a trip to Boston, Massachusetts for the John Thomas Terrier Classic host by Boston University from Jan. 26-27.
The program makes a return trip to Boston the following weekend, Feb. 2-3, for the Crimson Elite in a meet hosted by Harvard.
The next weekend, February 9-10, is a trip to the Music City Challenge on the campus of Vanderbilt University at the Vanderbilt Multipurpose Facility.
The in-state LSU Twilight wraps up the indoor regular season in Baton Rouge at Carl Maddox Field House on February 16.
The American Athletic Conference (AAC) Indoor Championships are from February 23-24 and will once again be hosted in Birmingham, Alabama this season
The NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships are in Boston, Massachusetts at the Track at new balance from March 8-9.
The outdoor season begins on March 15-16 at the Louisiana Classics in Lafayette, Louisiana.
The program then heads to Texas for the Victor Lopez Classic in Houston on the campus of Rice University from March 22-23
The following weekend the team splits the squad with a grouping going to North Carolina for the Raleigh Relays from March 28-30 on the campus of North Carolina State and another group heads to San Marcos, Texas for the Bobcat Invitational from March 27-30.
Next, the program makes a trip to California and will again participate in multiple meets. The squad competes in the Pacific Coast Intercollegiate on April 11 in Long Beach. The program, while on the West Coast, participates in the Bryan Clay Invite on the campus of Azusa Pacific from April 11-13 in Azusa, California. Closer to home in Louisiana, a group will be sent to the Strawberry Relays from April 11-13 in Hammond on campus at Southeastern Louisiana.
The team follows that up with a trip to Kentucky to compete in the Jim Green Invitational in Lexington, Kentucky on April 19-20.
The prestigious Drake Relays are the next week, April 24-27, in Des Moines, Iowa. That week the team will also send a delegation to the East Coast Relays from April 26-27 in Jacksonville, Florida.
The AAC Outdoor Championships are from May 10-12 in San Antonio, Texas.
The NCAA East First Round are being held on the Kentucky campus in Lexington, Kentucky from May 22-25.
The NCAA Outdoor Track & Field National Championships are from June 5-8 in Eugene, Oregon.
