Mar 10, 2023 | Women's Tennis
DENTON, TX – Tulane's women's tennis team took advantage of a short-handed North Texas program and dealt the 69th-ranked Mean Green a 4-0 defeat Friday afternoon in Denton.
Â
Tulane improved to 5-6 overall, while North Texas fell to 9-5.
Â
UNT had just five healthy players available all day and four in singles.
Â
The teams split the two doubles matches that were played, but the Green Wave was given the team point due to North Texas defaulting the No. 3 contest.
