Weekend Trip to North Texas in Store for Green Wave

DENTON/DALLAS, TX – The Tulane women's tennis program is in the Dallas area for a couple of weekend matches against nationally-ranked opponents, first against #69 North Texas on Friday and again on Sunday at #59 SMU.

Both matches are slated for 10 a.m. starts.

The Green Wave (4-6 overall) is coming off a weekend which saw the team split its home contests with Houston (W, 6-1) and Memphis (L, 4-1).

The Mean Green (9-4) has been off for two weeks and dropped a 4-0 contest at #45 FIU on February 26.

The Mustangs (7-5) split a Sunday home doubleheader, falling to #28 Texas Tech (4-0) before defeating Richmond (6-1). SMU boasts the nation's #98 singles player in Hadley Doyle and the 28th-best doubles team in Taylor Johnson/Jackie Nylander.
