
VCU, #68 Tulsa Headed for City Park this Weekend

NEW ORLEANS – The VCU and #68 Tulsa women's tennis teams will travel to New Orleans this weekend to face host Tulane on Friday and Sunday afternoons at City Park Tennis Center.

The match against the Rams is scheduled for 2 p.m., while the Tulsa tilt will be played at noon and will be broadcast on ESPN+ here:Â https://www.espn.com/watch/player/_/id/83dbd4cd-435c-422d-aef4-9815c345da57.

The first 50 fans to Sunday's match will receive free t-shirts.

The Green Wave (6-8) split home matches last weekend with Gonzaga (L, 4-2) and #62 Wichita State (5-2).

VCU is 5-9 this season and got wins over James Madison (4-3) and Richmond (5-2) to snap a three-match losing streak last weekend.Â

Tulsa (9-6) hasn't played in 11 days. The Golden Hurricane dropped a 4-3 decision to San Diego State in its last outing on March 12.
