
Tulane Golf Heads to Dallas for Trinity Forest Invitational

NEW ORLEANS – The No. 59 Tulane golf team travels to Dallas to compete in the Trinity Forest Invitational, hosted by SMU at the Trinity Forest Golf Club.

The field includes 11 of 15 teams ranked in the top 100 in the country. Tulane will see conference foes in No. 31 SMU, No. 42 Tulsa, No 43. Houston and No. 71 South Florida.

The rest of the field includes Cal Poly, Dallas Baptist, Fresno State, Incarnate Word, Kent State, Seattle, Southern Miss, Texas State, UAB and UTSA.

Tulane's lineup will include Carla Bernat, Cleo Liu, Matilde Innocenti, Sandra Vazquez and Miriam Emmert.

Bernat leads the field with her No. 14 individual ranking after finishing in a tie for third last weekend at the Rivertowne Classic in Charleston S.C. The sophomore has won three of her last four competitions.
