Statement from Director of Athletics Troy Dannen

Tulane Ben Weiner Director of Athletics Chair Troy Dannen announced today that men's tennis head coach Mark Booras will not be with the team until further notice as he addresses health-related matters. Assistant Coach Abdelrahman Zaki will serve as interim head coach during this time.
"We all wish Mark the best and look forward to his return to lead our men's tennis team," Dannen said. "Coach Zaki has done a wonderful job during Mark's recent absence. I have the utmost confidence in his ability to lead our program during the upcoming NCAA Tournament and during the weeks ahead until Mark is ready and able to rejoin the team."
