Cross Country Gears Up for NCAA South Central Regionals

COLLEGE STATION, Tx. - Tulane cross country heads to the NCAA South Central Regional meet this Friday at the Watts Cross Country Course, hosted by Texas A&M.
Fresh off their team victory at the American Athletic Conference Championship, the Green Wave men's squad looks to carry that momentum through the rest of the postseason.
The event begins at 9:00 a.m. CT with the women's 6k race, followed by the men's 10k at 10:00 a.m. CT. Tulane's men will be up against 39 other teams, while the women will face 40 teams in total.
The women's lineup includes AAC Champion Caroline Jeptanui, alongside Danna Diaz, Lili Grant, Blezzin Kimutai, Elena Liano, Lily Porth, Reese Ragland, Alex Sharp, and Paula Vaquera.
On the men's side, AAC Champion Bernard Cheruiyot leads the team, joined by Ryan Adkins, Jordan Bendura, Juan Giron, Jack Jennings, Illia Kunin, Paul Law, Tucker Poshard, and Wondu Summa.
