The Tigers Defeat Tulane in Baton Rouge

The Green Wave men's tennis team (0-4) fell to LSU (7-1), 6-1 on Wednesday evening.
In doubles, Tulane's court one pair that consisted of Luc Hoijmans and Alex Bancila, took down LSU's Stefan Latinovic and Aleksi Lofman, 6-2, but Tulane was unable to win the third doubles match and lost the point.
In singles, Bancila bounced back from last Saturday's performance and secured Tulane's sole point. The senior took down LSU's Aleksi Lofman in two sets (6-4,6-4).
The Green Wave will look to get its first win this Friday at home when it welcomes UNC- Wilmington to City Park at 1:00 PM.
