
Tulane Ready for Weekday Doubleheader

NORTHRIDGE, Calif. – Tulane University beach volleyball (15-7) will conclude its West Coast journey with a doubleheader at California State – Northridge on Wednesday. The Green Wave will face CSUN and Cal State Bakersfield at the CSUN Beach Volleyball Complex.

The Wave's Wednesday doubleheader will begin with a matchup against the CSUN Matadors at 11 a.m. CT followed by a dual with the Cal State Bakersfield Roadrunners at 1 p.m. CT.

Tulane has never faced CSUN or Cal State Bakersfield but holds a 1-5 record against teams from the Big West.

Over the weekend the Green Wave posted a 2-2 mark at the PCH Open hosted by Loyola Marymount in Los Angeles. Tulane recorded 5-0 sweeps over Colorado Mesa and Pepperdine but dropped both matchups against No. 10 Loyola Marymount.

Following Wednesday's doubleheader, the Wave will return home to host the Bayou Beach Duals at White Sands Volleyball Courts on Saturday April 6. Tulane will face New Orleans and McNeese State in the one-day event.
