Jan 26, 2025 | General
NEW ORLEANS – Tulane Athletics announced two promotions and one addition within its Creative Services division on Sunday.
The Green Wave's Caleb Thornton, who has been with the department since March of 2023, now leads that unit as its Assistant Athletic Director. He is responsible for all video and photo content for Tulane Golf, Swimming and Diving, Baseball and Women's Tennis and assists with Tulane Football.
The Baton Rouge, LA native came to Uptown after having worked in the Marketing department at BBQGuys as one of their Lead Video Producers.
Prior to his time at BBQGuys, he spent several years with the LSU Sports Production team within LSU Athletics where he served as Video Production Specialist and played a key role with the social media engagement during football's 2019 football national championship. He shot and edited social content for all 15 varsity sports while also producing television shows such as Inside LSU Football, Inside LSU Baseball, and Inside LSU Basketball.
Thornton made the seamless transition to that role following five years as a student videographer for the Tigers. He and his wife Kaylen have two children, Sophia and Henry.
Cameron Mosely, who is in his third year with the Green Wave, has been promoted to the unit's Director position.
A December 2021 graduate of Louisiana State University of Alexandria and native of Grand Coteau, Louisiana, Mosely serves as primary creative content producer for Tulane Men's Basketball, Bowling and Volleyball after doing so previously for the Olive and Blue's Women's Basketball and Beach Volleyball programs. Like Thornton, he also assists with Tulane Football.
Before coming to New Orleans, he was student president of LSUA Media under the university's Strategic Communications Department.
Jack Martin has joined the unit as its Assistant Director (Video) after four years at Troy University, which is his alma mater.
A Troy, Alabama native, Martin has been in the creative field since 2019 and has worked the SEC Championship and Sugar Bowl.
He has also been a Creative Video Intern for the Sun Belt Conference office since May of 2022.
