
Andrea Zeebe Leads Swimming On Second Day of the National Invitational Championships

Ocala, Fla. – The Tulane swimming team was again led by Andrea Zeebe on the second day of the National Invitational Championships on Friday, March 14, in Ocala, Fla. at the Florida Aquatics Swimming and Training Facility. The swim team totaled 31 points on the second day and have 75 total points after two days plus and are ranked 28th overall.
Zeebe was the team's highest finisher and had the most individual points as she took 14th in the 400 IM with 4:18.39 to earn seven points. She was also part of the 200 medley relay team along with Gwen Shahboz, Varvara Gkiouzepa Petropoulou and Olcaytu Hatipoglu that swam a 1:44.27 to earn 10 points.
The 800 free team of Sydney Mullin, Layla Allen, Lise Coetzee and Ece Tanriverdi swam a 7:43.48 to earn 14 points and 27th place.
Next Tulane wraps up the competition on Saturday with the final day of the National Invitational Championship.
