Beach Volleyball to Visit Death Volley

BATON ROUGE. – Tulane Beach Volleyball will head upriver to Louisiana State University for the Battle on the Bayou this weekend. From April 11-12, the Wave will take on No. 11 LSU, South Carolina, Stephen F. Austin, and Texas A&M - Corpus Christi.

Tulane will serve off the tournament on Friday, April 11, at 1:00 p.m. against TAMU-CC. Tulane is 1-1 against the Islanders this season, first winning 3-2 then falling 1-4.

The Wave will then take on South Carolina at 4:45 p.m. on Friday. Tulane is 5-11 against USC since 2015; however, it is on a three-game win streak since 2022. The Wave most recently defeated the Gamecocks in March 2024 3-2.

On Saturday, April 12, Tulane will play No. 11 LSU at 10:30 a.m. and SFA at 2:15 p.m. Tulane is 8-0 against SFA, most recently defeating them on March 1, 2025 3-2. The Tigers currently lead the Wave 4-14.
