The Green Wave women's basketball team is 8-10 on the season with a 3-3 clip in conference play. Tulane bested UAB 73-68 last time out on Saturday, January 17, at home, and the Wave will next face Rice on Saturday, January 24, in Houston, Texas. Tip-off against the American-leading Owls is set for 1:00 p.m. with the contest streaming on ESPN+. Note that the start time has changed, moving up one hour as announced last night due to projected inclement weather in the Houston area.
