Tulane Continues Spring Competition at Two Road Regattas

NEW ORLEANS – Tulane University sailing returns to the road this weekend to compete in a pair of separate regattas on Saturday and Sunday, March 14-15. The Green Wave will send a coed squad to participate in the Southern New England Open Team Race in New London, Connecticut, while a women's team for the Wave will compete in the Charleston Women's Team Race in Charleston, South Carolina.

The Wave will be one of eight teams competing in the Southern New England Open Team Race hosted by Connecticut College. The other teams racing in the regatta include Northeastern, Roger Williams, MIT, Tufts, Coast Guard, Yale, and the host school Connecticut College.
Meanwhile, Tulane will compete alongside five other teams in the Charleston Women's Team Race hosted by College of Charleston. The Green Wave will race on the water against teams from Harvard, Old Dominion, Coast Guard, and College of Charleston.
