Stolakis Garners NCBCA All-America Recognition
Apr 16, 2026 | Women's Bowling
GREEN BAY, Wisc. – Prior to the start of the USBC Intercollegiate Team Championships today, the United States Bowling Congress (USBC) and National Collegiate Bowling Coaches Association (NCBCA) held their annual Night of Champions banquet last night at The Oneida Hotel in Green Bay, Wisconsin. At the banquet, the NCBCA announced its 2025-26 All-America teams with Tulane's Mia Stolakis named to the first team.
Â
This is just the third time a Green Wave bowler has ever garnered NCBCA All-America distinction, as Madison McCall earned the award in back-to-back campaigns in 2020-21 and 2021-22. She was named honorable mention and second team, respectively. Stolakis was honored just one week ago to the NTCA All-America Third Team, marking the 10th time a Tulane bowler has won NTCA All-America status. She became the first in program history to earn better than honorable mention, and now she makes more history as the first Wave bowler to garner NCBCA All-America First Team honors.
Â
Stolakis is a senior from Worcester, Massachusetts. She leads the team in strikes this year with 482. Stolakis ranks 24th nationally in player composite performance index (PCPI) with a mark of 88.067 percent.
Â
On top of her two All-America honors, Stolakis twice earned all-tournament team nod during the campaign. She was the MVP of Tulane's Colonial Lanes Classic, making her the only Tulane bowler with two MVP honors in a career and the only Wave bowler to win the program's annual tournament.
Â
Stolakis and the 17th-ranked Green Wave will be in action today at The Ashwaubenon Bowling Alley as the USBC Intercollegiate Team Championships get underway. This is the final event of the season for Tulane and the send-off for Stolakis's storied Tulane career.
