1999 Cross Country: Finished fifth at the 8,000 Meters LSU Invitational 2, with a time of 25:51:34 ... Helped Tulane to a fifth place finish at the C-USA Cross Country Championship with a 27th place finish (25:36.90).
1999 Outdoor: Captured the 1999 Conference USA outdoor championship in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, winning in a time of 9:02.72 . . . Ran a season-best 8:53.98 steeplechase at the Penn Relays in April that was the second-fastest time in school history . . . Also posted solid efforts in the 1,500 (3:58.20) and the 5,000 (14:32.10), where he finished fourth at the C-USA Outdoor Championships.
1999 Indoor: Ran the second-fastest time of the season in the mile run (4:16.50) . . . Finished 10th in that event at the C-USA Indoor Championships . . . A member of the Wave[apos]s Distance Medley Relay teams that posted the top two times of the season, including a 10:08.17 that ranks No. 3 in the school record book.
1998 Cross Country: Member of Tulane[apos]s NCAA Championship qualifying team . . . Ran in all eight events . . . Consistently ranked as the team[apos]s No. 2 finisher . . . Posted five top-five finishes . . . Earned All-NCAA South Central Region and All Conference USA honors.

1998 Indoors: Posted a season-best time of 8:55.14 3000m at LSU Invitational.
1997 Cross Country: Ran in two races during the season due to injury. Finished fifth at the four-mile USL Ragin[apos] Cajun Invitational with a time of 20:57 ... Helped Tulane to a fourth place finish at the C-USA Cross Country Championship with an 11th place finish (25:25.40) ... His 11th place finish earned him All-Conference USA honors.
