2014-15 (Freshman)

Indoor Track and Field: Competed in three regular-season meets on the season…posted results in the one mile and the 3,000 meter run…recorded a 5:42.30 finish in the one mile at the UAB Vulcan Invite (1/23)…notched a time of 11:45.43 in the 3,000 meters at the LSU Twilight (2/20)…also finished the one mile at the UAB Green and Gold Invite (1/24) with a time of 5:45.99.

Outdoor Track and Field: Competed in four regular-season meets on the season…posted results in the 3,000 meter run and steeplechase…recorded a personal best of 11:25.66 in the 3,000 meter run at the McNeese State Invitational (3/14)…notched a personal best of 12:03.91 in the steeplechase at the Yellow Jacket Invitational (3/28)…hit a time of 12:34.71 in the steeplechase at the South Alabama Invitational (4/11)…also finished the steeplechase at the Southern Miss Invitational (4/25) with a time of 12:24.74.

Prep: A seven-time letterwinner in track and field (six in outdoor, one in indoor), as well as a six-time letterwinner in cross country at Mountain Brook High School in Birmingham, Alabama...competed in the 1,600 meters and the 3,200 meters during the track and field season and the 5K during the cross country season...helped lead the Spartans to four-straight Alabama Cross Country State Championships from 2010-13...assisted in helping the Spartans capture the 2011 Alabama Outdoor Track and Field State Championship...named to the Alabama 6A All-State squad during all four years of high school...owns a personal-best time of 5:15 in the 1,600 meters and a time of 11:24 in the 3,200 meters...posted a personal-best time of 18:40 in the cross country 5K.
