OUTDOOR: The Green Wave[apos]s top performer all season. Registered five personal records in the javelin during the season, capped by a 189-06 throw in the C-USA Championships which earned him third place and a spot on the medal stand.

OUTDOOR: The top javelin thrower for the Wave. Had a season-best effort of 175-02 at the Gator Invitational (3/29) and finished fifth at the C-USA Championships (5/11) to score four points for Tulane.
PREP
A 2001 graduate of Stonington High School, where he lettered in football and track. Earned all-state and all-area honors. Won his conference championship in the javelin and took second at the state championship. Posted a top throw of 174 feet.
PERSONAL
Full name is Eric Harrison Hambidge. Born March 1, 1983. The son of Roger and Elizabeth Hambidge. Earned his bachelor[apos]s degree in anthropology from Tulane in May of 2005. Selected to the Conference USA Academic Honor Roll in 2004-05. Earned the Tulane Athletic Director[apos]s Award given for given for outstanding effort, attitude and for overcoming obstacles during his career.
