2022-23 Track Season: Competed in 14 meets between indoor and outdoor seasons…2x NCAA All-American as she earned seventh in the pentathlon during indoor season with a school record 4277 points and 15th in the heptathlon during outdoor season with school record 5598 points…AAC Indoor All-Conference selection in the pentathlon…Won the heptathlon at the Virginia Classic…Earned pentathlon victories at the AAC Track and Field Championships and the Samford Indoor Multi.

Indoor Track & Field
- Placed seventh nationally at the 2023 NCAA Indoor Track and Field Championships with a school-record 4,277 points in the Pentathlon to earn First Team All-American honors
- Was the track & field program’s first All-American since 2019 and the first indoor track athlete that earned All-American honors since 2016…Set personal records at the 2023 NCAA Indoor Championships in the 60m hurdles (8.37), the high jump (1.78m) and the 800m (2:15.05)…Was the only female student-athlete in the AAC to be a First Team All-American during indoor season.
- It was the fourth time that she broke the school record in the Pentathlon during indoor season and the third time that she topped 4,000 points…Was named the 2023 AAC Indoor Most Outstanding Field Performer of the championship meet after winning the Pentathlon and setting the conference and meet record with 4,175 points
- Played a large part in the women’s indoor track and field program placing fourth overall at the 2023 AAC Indoor Championships with 65.5 points, the school’s highest-ever team finish at the AAC Indoor Championships and an improvement of four spots from the previous year…It was the highest team finish for any women’s indoor track & field squad at the school since 1999 when program was still a member of Conference-USA

- Took home the silver medal at the American Indoor Championships (2/25) with a personal best pentathlon with a score of 3884.

2020 Indoor (at Portland State): Missed the last five weeks of the season due to an injury...Shaved a second off her overall best in the 400 meters while finishing in 57.02 seconds at the Ed Jacoby Invitational (1/24-25)...Set a new personal best in the 60-meter hurdles, finishing in 8.88 seconds at the UW Indoor Preview (1/18)...Won the pentathlon with a personal best of 3,595 points at the Vandal Open and Lauren McCluskey Multi (1/10-11)...Won three of the five events in the pentathlon at the Vandal Open...Tied a pentathlon best in the high jump and set an overall indoors best in the shot put during the pentathlon...Also won the 60-meter hurdles and 200 meters at the meet.
2019 Outdoor (at Portland State): Scored nine points for the Vikings at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/8-11) between a fourth-place finish in the 100 meters and a fifth-place finish in the heptathlon...Set a new personal best while finishing in 12.04 seconds in the prelims of the 100 meters at the Big Sky meet...Broke the 5,000-point barrier for the first time in the heptathlon at the Big Sky meet while finishing with a personal-best score of 5,029 points...Moved up to fourth all time in the heptathlon at Portland State with her score at the Big Sky meet...Set lifetime bests in the high jump (5-05.00, 1.65m), 200 meters (24.23) and long jump (17-08.00, 5.38m) during the Big Sky heptathlon...Moved up to eighth all time at Portland State in the 200 meters, and tied for ninth all time in the high jump with her marks during the heptathlon...Her time of 24.23 seconds in the heptathlon 200 meters was the best by a Viking multi-eventer in the event in the past 15 years...Set a new personal best in the 100 meters while finishing in 12.17 seconds at the OSU High Performance meet (4/26-27)...Improved her personal best in the heptathlon by close to 300 points while finishing with a score of 4,871 points at the Bryan Clay Invitational (4/17-19)...Set heptathlon bests in five of the seven events at the Bryan Clay Invite, including a 33-foot improvement in the javelin and a nine-second PR in the 800 meters...Finished the 800 meters in 2:20.49, the fastest heptathlon 800 meters by a Viking since multi-event records date back through the 2004 season...Set a PSU best in the 100 meters and a personal best in the javelin at the Jay Hammer Invitational (4/13)...Improved her personal best in the javelin by over 17 feet at the Jay Hammer Invite...Set seasonal bests in the 100-meter hurdles and long jump at the John Knight Twilight (4/5), finishing with marks of 14.98 seconds and 17-04.00 (5.28m), respectively...Won the 200 meters in a new personal-best 24.77 seconds at the Pacific Open (3/30)...Also set a new personal best in the javelin for the second straight meet with a throw of 88-11 (27.12m) at the Pacific Open...Won the 100-meter hurdles in a time of 15.04 seconds at the Rich Allen Classic (3/16)...Also placed second in the long jump with a mark of 17-03.25 (5.26m), and set a new personal best in the javelin with a throw of 88-09 (27.06m) at the Rich Allen Classic.
2019 Indoor (at Portland State): Scored for the Vikings while running a leg of the team’s distance medley relay that placed eighth in 12:30.73 at the Big Sky Indoor Championships (2/21-23)...Moved up to ninth all time in the DMR with her team’s time at the Big Sky meet...Also competed in the pentathlon, 200 meters, 60-meter hurdles and high jump at the Big Sky meet...Set a pentathlon best in the high jump while clearing 5-04.50 (1.64m) during the pentathlon at the Big Sky meet...Finished with a score of 3,386 points in the pentathlon at the UW Invitational (1/25-26)...Tied her personal best in the shot put with a mark of 32-08.50 (9.97m) at the UW Invite...Won the 60 and 200 meters at the Lauren McCluskey Memorial Open and Multi Events (1/11-12), and finished second in the pentathlon with a new personal-best score of 3,529 points.
2018 Outdoor (at Portland State): Scored for the Vikings with a sixth-place finish in the heptathlon at the Big Sky Outdoor Championships (5/8-11)...Moved up to seventh all time in the heptathlon with her score at the Big Sky meet...Matched her personal best in the 200 meters with her finish in 25.20 seconds at the OSU High Performance Meet (4/27-28)...Set PSU personal bests in the 100 meters and high jump at the Pelluer Invitational (4/13-14)...Part of the Vikings’ 4x100-meter relay team that won the event in a seasonal-best 46.87 seconds at the Pelluer Invite...Part of the Vikings’ winning 4x100-meter relay team at the Al Manuel Northwest Dual Invite (3/31), which finished in 47.71 seconds...Held the first-day lead in the heptathlon at the Boxer Combined Event (3/27-28), but finished fourth with 4,226 points...Competed in the 200 meters, 100-meter hurdles, 4x100-meter relay and long jump at the L&C Spring Break Open (3/16-17)...Set a personal best in the 200 meters at the L&C meet, finishing in 25.20 seconds...Part of the Vikings’ winning 4x100-meter relay team at the L&C meet.
