2022-23 Track Season: Finished third in the 1500m at AAC Outdoors (4:24.12) and second in the 3000m (10:29.30) to earn All-Conference honors in both events…Qualified for NCAA East Preliminaries in the 3000m…Competed in 10 different meets between indoor and outdoor season…Finished second in AAC indoors in the mile to earn All-Conference honors…Also competed in the Distance Medley Relay at the Indoor Championships where she finished fifth with an 11:47.58.

Competed in four regular season meets and the American Indoor Championships.
Ran in the 800, 1500, 3000 and the mile.
Ran a college best of in the 800 with a time of 2:11.60 at the American Indoor Championships (Feb. 26)
Had a record-breaking weekend at the 2022 Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational (Mar. 11) setting college bests in the 1500 (4:25.25) and the Mile (4:44.33).
Had two podium finishes, first in the 3000m at the BSC Indoor Icebreaker (Dec. 3) and second in the 800m at the Samford Invite 2022 (Jan. 21)

Cross Country: Took third at the MAC Championships (Nov. 2) with a time of 21:47.8, helping NIU to a second-place team finish, while earning First Team All-MAC honors … Competed in the NCAA Midwest Regional (Nov. 15), finishing 61st in a time of 22:05.3 to help the Huskies to a ninth-place team finish … Helped NIU win team titles at the WIU Early Bird Invitational, the NIU Huskie Challenge and the Loyola Lakefront Invitational … Ran a 6K season best time of 21:20.1 at the Under Armour Pre Nationals (Oct. 19) … Finished second at the WIU Early Bird Invitational in a 4K time of 14:20.8 … Finished fifth at both the NIU Huskies Challenge (Sept. 6) with a 6K time of 22:31.5 and the Loyola Lakefront Invitational (Sept. 28) with a 5K time of 17:47.38.

Cross Country: Earned Second Team All-MAC honors … Helped NIU to a fourth-place finish at the Mid-American Conference Championship (Oct. 27) with an 11th place time of 21:31.0 … Earned a 13th place finish at the 5K John McNichols Invitational (Sept. 15) with a time of 18:36.1 … Finished 39th at the NCAA Midwest Regional (Nov. 9) with a time of 21:27.5 … Finished 25th in the Bradley Pink Classic (Oct. 12) with a time of 21:24.2.

2017-18
Cross Country: Ran in six of the Huskies’ seven competitions this season. Started the season with a fifth-place finish at the UIC Flames/Flyer Opener (Sept. 2) with the second fastest time on the team in 14:42.41 to set her 4k personal best. She followed up the next week at the Country Financial Invitational (Sept. 8) where she ran her fastest 5k in 18:05.5, crossing the finish line in 11th place. Set personal-best 6k at the NCAA Midwest Regional (Nov.10) with a time of 21:06.38.
Indoor: Ran in five competitions competing in the 800-meter, mile, and 3,000-meter runs… Ran the 800- and 3,00-meter races at the Black & Gold Premier (Jan. 27), finishing first in the 800 with a time of 2:17.04 and finished third in the 3k with a time of 10:32.87…Finished the mile in 4:58.82 at the GVSU Big Meet (Feb. 9) to record her fastest time…At the MAC Championship, finished the mile in 5:06.37, finishing in 14th place.
Outdoor: Competed seven time in the 1,500-meter race… Ran fastest time of 4:30.20 at the San Francisco Distance Carnival (March 31) and a close second time of 4:30.27 at the MAC Championships (Buffalo, May 12) to place eighth and score points for the Huskies.
