Moura joined the Green Wave after a successful tenure at the University of Central Arkansas and brings over a decade of collegiate coaching and recruiting experience.
Moura most recently served as Associate Head Coach and Recruiting Coordinator at UCA, where he led all recruiting operations and oversaw student-athlete development, travel logistics, and camp programming. He helped lead the team to a 17-12 2024 record and 19-11 2022 record.
Prior to UCA, Moura served as an assistant coach at East Tennessee State, High Point University, Southwest Minnesota State, and University of Colorado Colorado Springs, his alma mater. Throughout his career, he has coached All-Conference selections, Freshman of the Year honorees, and Scholar-Athletes.
In addition to his coaching roles, Moura gained operations experience with USA Volleyball, where he organized national events and contract coordination.
Moura earned his Master's in Education with an emphasis in Sport Leadership from Southwest Minnesota State University and holds a Bachelor's in Business with emphases in Human Resources and General Management from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs.
Moura will play a key part in recruiting efforts and daily program operations as the Green Wave prepares for the upcoming season.
