NEW ORLEANS (AP) - Janell Burse scored 39 points and had 18 rebounds as No. 21 Tulane ran its home winning streak to 18 games with an 86-76 victory over DePaul on Thursday night.
Grace Daley scored 16 points for Tulane (19-2, 8-2) to become only the second player in Conference USA history to surpass 2,000 points in a career. She now has scored 2,012.
Febrecia Roberson added 18 points for the Green Wave, which led 46-34 at halftime.
Lenae Williams led DePaul (13-8, 6-4) with 18 points. Sylvia Blakelsee scored 14 points on 7-of-9 shooting and grabbed 13 rebounds.
DePaul pulled within 63-62 with 8:33 left in the game. But Tulane scored the next six points.
