The Ballpark: Zephyr Field is the home of the New Orleans Zephyrs, the Triple-A affiliate of the Houston Astros and a member of the Pacific Coast League. The four-year old facility is owned by the state of Louisiana and was also the site of the 1999 Triple-A All-Star Game. has also hosted numerous college baseball games. Two weekends ago, it was the site of the FedEX Conference USA Baseball Tournament, which Tulane won before a tournament record 14,470 fans. Tulane also played four regular season contests at Zephyr, all wins. The Wave defeated the University of New Orleans three times in the spacious confines, while also posting a thrilling comeback victory against LSU on April 11. That game was attended by 11,669 fans, a stadium record and the largest outdoor crowd to watch a collegiate baseball game in state history.

From downtown New Orleans: Take I-10 West toward Baton Rouge. Exit at Clearview Parkway (Exit 226) and head south. Turn right at light onto Airline Drive (US 61 West). Follow Airline approximately 2-3 stop lights, Zephyr Field is on the left.
From N.O. International Airport: Take Airline Drive heading east approximately 3-4 miles. Zephyr Field is on the right.
From Baton Rouge: Take I-10 East to the Williams Boulevard exit and head south. Turn left at light onto Airline Drive (US 61 East). Follow Airline approximately 2 miles, Zephyr Field is on the right.
