A 6-2, 195-pound senior, Waitari Marsh is scheduled to graduate this spring with a degree in Media Arts while leading the Green Wave to its most successful season under Shawn Finney. Marsh scored his 1,000th career point earlier this season versus Houston and currently ranks 22nd on Tulane's all-time scoring chart. However, he ranks second all-time at Tulane in assists with 397, trailing only Jerald Honeycutt, who had 419 from 1993-97. Marsh is also set to pass the 400 mark in career rebounds (he has 396) while his 184 steals are sixth all-time at Tulane. Marsh leads Tulane with a 15.6 points per game scoring average in 2002-03 as the Wave plays its second-to-last home game of the season Wedneday night at 7 p.m. versus Houston.
