Tulane Baseball Season Tickets On Sale Now

New Orleans- Season tickets for the 2009 Tulane University baseball team's home schedule are now on sale at the Tulane Athletics ticket office, Tulane Director of Ticket Sales Marie Parenti announced Thursday. The Green Wave club has been named 34th in the nation by both Collegiate Baseball and The National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA). The season ticket package includes all 36 home games at Greer Field at Turchin Stadium, in its second year as home to Tulane baseball.
A limited number of chairback seats are still available, with season prices starting at $300. These seats also require a Tulane Athletics Fund (TAF) donation. To purchase chairback season tickets, contact a TAF representative at 504-865-5356.
Season tickets are available in the following sections:
- Non-Priority Level - $300
- Bleachers - $250
- Bleacher seating only
- No TAF requirement necessary to purchase
Bleacher season tickets start at $250.
Season ticketholders will also be given the first opportunity to purchase a parking pass in the new parking lot adjacent to the stadium. A season pass is $100. The Tulane Tailgate Zone will be located in the lot as well, featuring grilling and tent space for the weekend series.
The senior-laden club will take on the Trojans of Southern California (March 6-8) while also playing host to C-USA foes Houston (14-10, 42-24 overall), and East Carolina (13-11, 42-21 overall). Also highlighting the season for the Wave will be a contest against in-state rivals LSU and UNO.
