NEW ORLEANS – Tulane volleyball hits the road for one last preseason tournament in Boca Raton, Florida, September 16-17 for the Owls Classic, hosted by Florida Atlantic University. On the weekend, the Green Wave look to improve their three-game winning streak against Abilene Christian, Florida Gulf Coast and FAU.
QUOTE
"After winning two of the last three tournaments, this is an important weekend for many reasons. We need to build on what we did last weekend. Conference play starts next Friday, and we feel that another good tournament will have us ready for an American Conference championship run. Our first opponent, FGCU, is highly rated coming off of a win over Indiana. It will be a good test for this team."
