Men's Cross Country Ranked No. 13 in South Central Region

NEW ORLEANS – The Green Wave men's cross country team will begin its season on Saturday ranked as the No. 13 team in the South Central Region after the USTFCCCA released its preseason rankings on Monday.
Tulane returns South Central Regional champion Emmanuel Rotich to the roster this year along with seniors Joshua Cheruyot and Pierce Hill, junior Carlos Zervigon and sophomores Andrew Kipkemboi and Patrick Dougherty. The Green Wave have also added graduate student Tom Coe, and freshman Luke Patrick to the team for 2018.
Tulane begins the 2018 season ranked exactly where it ended the 2017 campaign at 13th. Tulane was ranked as high as No. 10 in the South Central region last year.
The year starts for the Green Wave men and women at Nicholls Cross Country Invitational on Saturday in Mathews, Louisiana.
