Men’s Tennis Set for ITA All-American Championships, Samford Invitational

NEW ORLEANS – The Tulane men's tennis team begins its second month of fall competition with trips to Birmingham, Alabama for the Samford Round Robin and to Tulsa, Oklahoma for the 2019 ITA All-American Championships.
Competition gets underway in Birmingham with the first of three days of action on Friday, October 4, while play in Tulsa starts the following day with pre-qualifying singles.
Senior Tim Ruetzel competes in pre-qualifying singles, while senior Luis Erlenbusch and junior Hamish Stewart await qualifying draw matches beginning Oct. 7. Ewan Moore holds an automatic bid into the main draw, which runs Oct. 10-13. The remainder of the Green Wave's roster will compete at Samford.
