Tulane Women’s Tennis Opens with Doubles Play in Tuscaloosa

Tuscaloosa, Ala. – Due to weather doubles competition took center stage on the first day of the Roberta Alison Fall Classic with the Tulane University women's tennis team sending five duos into action Friday.
Each pairing for the Green Wave won at least one match with three of the five duos winning multiple matches. The doubles team of Brooke Theis and Adelaide Lavery put together the best showing for the Olive and Blue winning all three of their matches in the Guarachi/Macfarlane Doubles Draw.
Singles play will take place Saturday with competition for the Wave beginning at 9 a.m.
