Women's Tennis Closes Road Slate at FGCU

NEW ORLEANS – The Tulane women's tennis team plays its final road match of the season during a trip to Fort Myers, Florida to face Florida Gulf Coast University on Wednesday, March 31. First serves are scheduled for 8 a.m. (CT).
SCOUTING FGCU
The Eagles (4-4) enter the match coming off back-to-back wins over Stetson and Kennesaw State and have won three of their last four contests. Fanny Norin leads FGCU with a 5-1 singles record, including a 2-0 mark at the No. 3 spot in the lineup. The Eagles own a 3-3 record on their home courts this spring.
THE DOUBLES POINT
The Green Wave are 9-3 this season when winning the doubles point and 0-5 when they do not. Tulane has won all three doubles matches on four occasions.
WELCOME BACK FANS!
In accordance with current city and campus guidelines, Tulane Athletics is pleased to announce the accommodation of a limited number of fans attend Tulane tennis matches at the City Park Tennis Center. Fans are encouraged to bring their own bag chairs for seating. All spectators will be asked to remain six feet away from the courts at all times, respect social distancing rules, avoid gathering and remain six feet away from others. All spectators are required to wear a mask covering their nose and mouth while inside City Park.
