Volleyball Finishes Non-Conference Slate with Green Wave Invitational at UAB
ย
BIRMINGHAM, AL โย After spending two weekends on the road, Tulane volleyball returns to it temporary home on Friday to play co-host to the Green Wave Invitational and close out non-conference play. Tulane is scheduled to face The University of Alabama Birmingham at 2 p.m. on Saturday to close out the tournament.
"We've had three weekends to learn and grow as a team," head coach Jim Barnes said. "We played our worst match verses MSU. We have this weekend to get our game to another level at UAB and then be ready for conference play. I'm grateful to be with these players through this challenge on the road."
The Olive and Blue post a 6-3 record so far this season, earning a number four spot in the American Athletic Conference ranking.
