
Cross Named to AAC Weekly Honor Roll

NEW ORLEANS – Tulane University men's basketball sophomore forward Kevin Cross was named to the American Athletic Conference honor roll today by the league office.
Cross is the third Green Wave player to be recognized by The American this season, joining teammates Jalen Cook and Jaylen Forbes.
Cross received the weekly award after he guided the Green Wave to a 1-1 week, averaging 17.0 points and 9.5 rebounds per game. He also connected at a 46.4 percent clip from the field and dished out five assists on the week. Cross' 17-point performance against USF also helped Tulane remain undefeated at home in league competition.
The Little Rock, Arkansas, native is the ONLY player in the AAC to rank in the league's top 10 in field goal percentage (54.7), rebounding (6.17) and assists (3.50) this season.
