Tulane Women’s Tennis Hosts Two In-State Foes for Doubleheader Saturday

NEW ORLEANS – The Tulane University women's tennis team (1-0) will host a pair of in-state opponents for a doubleheader Saturday afternoon at the City Park Tennis Center. The Green Wave will square off against Northwestern State (1-1) and Southern (0-0).

The Green Wave defeated Alcorn State 7-0 in its season-opening match on Jan. 20. Kristen Borland, Adelaide Lavery, Brooke Theis and Lahari Yelamanchili each earned a win in singles and as a part of doubles duo against the Braves.

Tulane and Northwestern State will begin play at noon followed by the Green Wave facing Southern at 3:30 p.m. CT Saturday. Fans can follow along with live scoring for each match by clicking the following links: Tulane vs. Northwestern | Tulane vs. Southern.
