Lettsome Sits Eighth at ICSA Singlehanded Championships

NORFOLK, Va. – Tulane University Sailing junior Thad Lettsome ended the first day of racing at the ICSA Singlehanded National Championships in eighth place on Saturday.
Lettsome finished with a total of 80 through nine races to land eighth in the standing among 18 total sailors. His total of 80 puts him only two points behind sixth and seventh and a mere four points out of the top five.
The final five rotations will be raced Sunday on the Elizabeth River in Norfolk, Virginia, to decide the winner of the ICSA Singlehanded National Championships.
