
Forbes Named to the AAC Weekly Honor Roll

NEW ORLEANS – Tulane University sophomore Jaylen Forbes was named to the American Athletic Conference honor roll on Monday by the league office.
Forbes received the honor after he scored a team-high 26 points in the Green Wave's 86-66 victory over East Carolina this past Saturday. With his 26-point effort, Forbes now has 770 career points. He has also scored in double figures 14 times this year. The Mississippi native shot an impressive 64% from the field and 60% from beyond the arc versus the Pirates. It was also the fourth time this season Forbes has hit six threes in a single contest.
This is the ninth time this season Tulane has been recognized by the AAC and the third time Forbes has been selected to the league's weekly honor.
