
Tulane Men’s Tennis Heads West For Arizona State Invitational

NEW ORLEANS – The No. 62 Tulane University men's tennis team will compete in the Arizona State Invitational this weekend in Tempe, Arizona. The Green Wave will play three matches against different opponents over the weekend at the Kiwanis Tennis Center.
The Wave enters the tournament with a 4-6 record after going 1-2 in the Blue Gray Invitational in Montgomery, Alabama February 25-26. Tulane picked up a 4-2 win over Alabama during the event while dropping matches to No. 30 Middle Tennessee and No. 25 Auburn.
In addition to host Arizona State and Tulane, Penn State, Idaho, No. 33 Texas Tech, No. 72 Wichita State, No. 75 Michigan State and No. 30 Princeton will also be in attendance.
The tournament runs from Friday, March 11, through Sunday, March 13, with each team guaranteed to play in three matches. The Green Wave will open the weekend against No. 72 Wichita State at 2:30 p.m. CT on Friday. Winners will move on to the semifinals and eventual championship, while second-place teams will enter a consolation championship bracket.
There will be no live scoring but the matches are available to stream by clicking HERE.
