Tulane Finishes With 21 Total Victories at the ULL Hidden Dual

LAKE CHARLES, La. – The Tulane University Men's Tennis team saved its best performance for the final day of the ULL Hidden Dual, racking up eight more wins to run its three-day total at the Lake Charles Racquet Club to 21.

The Green Wave began the day by taking three of four doubles matches against UTSA. With those triumphs, Tulane finished with an 8-4 record in doubles action on the weekend.

It was the weekend's strongest day on the singles courts for the Wave, as the team notched five wins against Louisiana-Lafayette. Tulane posted a final record of 13-11 in singles competition. Alex Bancila led the Green Wave by going a perfect 3-0.

Up next, the Wave will split up the squad, sending players to Destin, Florida, for the Battle at the Beach (September 23-25) and to Hattiesburg, Mississippi, for the Southern Miss Invitational (September 24-25).
