Sep 25, 2022 | Women's Tennis
BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – On the final day of the Samford Invitational, the Tulane University women's tennis team showed off its skills on the court again to tally 10 victories on Sunday. The strong performance by Green Wave pushed its overall record for the weekend to an impressive 29-8.

The final day of the event began in winning fashion for the Wave as all three doubles pairings picked up wins over Samford teams. The Tulane duos of Lahari Yelamanchili and Charlotte Russell and Adelaide Lavery and Kristen Borland each finished the weekend 2-1 in doubles competition.
The hot start on the doubles courts carried over into singles action for Tulane as seven different players earned a singles win. Six players for the Green Wave finished the weekend unbeaten in singles play.
