FRIDAY RESULTS
JACKSONVILLE, FLÂ - On the first day of Tulane's dual meet against Florida and Little Rock, Tulane raced to first place overall with scores of 160.50 against UNF and 153.00 against UALR. The Green Wave accomplished a whopping nine wins and 25 top-five finishes.Â

Victoria Raymond, coming off a sterling performance at the World Aquatics Junior Swimming Championships last month, shattered the school record for the 100 Fly with a time of 53.51 seconds. In the same event, Olcaytu Hatipoglu placed fifth with a time of 58.59 and Madeline Shields took 10th in 1:00.96.

In her first official meet for the Green Wave, freshman Gwen Shahboz snagged a win in the 400 IM with a time of 4:30.34.

Andrea Zeebe, Raymond, Paula Gaya Bisquerra, and Grace Dale placed first in the 400 Medley Relay with a time of 3:53.10.Â

Ece Tanriverdi crushed the competition with a time of 10:20.70 in the 1000 Free (#10 on the school's all-time list) and a 5:05.40 in the 500 Free. Dale snagged a win with a time of 24.27 in the 50 Free and Raymond came out on top in the 50 Fly with a time of 24.67.

Tulane dominated the podium in the 50 Back with Reese Dunkenberger in first with a time of 27.05, Riley Hendrix next in 27.12 and Natalia Strongyli in third with a time of 27.63.Â

Zeebe was victorious in the 100 Back with a time of 58.40, followed by Riley Hendrix (58.41) and Dunkenberger (58.49) to round out the top three in that event.Â
