Mar 23, 2023 | Men's Tennis
NEW ORLEANS – The #43 Tulane men's tennis team faces another pair of ranked teams this weekend with contests at #56 Tulsa on Friday and #36 Oklahoma State on Sunday.
The Green Wave (10-7) took part in the Ed Collins Spring Classic last weekend in San Diego and went 1-2, dropping a 4-3 contest to #36 VCU and another 4-0 to the co-host #34 Toreros. Those defeats were sandwiched around a 4-0 win over the other co-host, San Diego State. Fynn Kuenkler is Tulane's top singles player and is ranked 114th nationally.
Tulsa (7-8) lost a 4-1 tilt at #50 SMU on Sunday after blanking Mississippi Valley State 6-0 in a doubleheader. Kody Pearson is currently ranked 28th in the country in singles.
