Women’s Basketball To Host JSU On Sunday

NEW ORLEANS - The Tulane women's basketball team will host Jackson State at Avron B. Fogelman Arena in the Devlin Fieldhouse on Sunday at 2 p.m. CT.

Tulane leads the all-time series against Jackson State 4-0, with the Green Wave claiming an 82-46 victory in their last meeting on November 5, 2019, in New Orleans. The largest margin of victory for Tulane came in 2017 with a dominant 92-49 win. Jackson State remains winless against the Green Wave in program history.
Jackson State is 1-3, most recently losing to Ole Miss 76-44. The Tigers average 49.8 points on 31.9% shooting and 32.8 rebounds per game. They average 9.3 steals but have a -1.3 turnover margin. Taleah Dilworth leads with 14.0 points, while Zoe Cooper grabs 5.5 rebounds.
After its home game, Tulane will travel to St. Petersburg, Florida, for the St. Pete Showcase, beginning with a matchup against Florida on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 28, at 12:00 p.m. CT.
