
Men’s Tennis Heads Back to Baton Rouge to Take on LSU

The Green Wave men's tennis team (0-3) looks to get their first win of the season on Wednesday when they take on LSU (6-1).
Tulane has started the season with an 0-3 record recording losses to Baylor, Miami, and Rice.
Senior, Billy Suarez, had another dominant performance from court one in the Green Wave's most recent match against Rice. The senior defeated Rice's Yasha Zemel in two straight sets (6-2, 6-2). Suarez is currently 2-0 from court one in 2024 and 2-0 in doubles.
LSU enters the match 6-1 with wins over UL-Lafayette, UNO, Nicholls, South Alabama, and Rice. Their one loss comes from no. 5 South Carolina.
The last time LSU and Tulane faced off was in 2023. The Tigers took down the Green Wave 6-1.
